Apa itu Buku Tamu Digital?

Buku Tamu Digital menggantikan buku tamu konvensional (kertas) dengan sistem online. Tamu dapat konfirmasi kehadiran (RSVP) langsung dari undangan, dan saat datang ke acara dapat check-in menggunakan QR Code — tanpa antri tulis nama.

Fitur RSVP (Konfirmasi Kehadiran)

Fitur	Keterangan
3 Opsi Jawaban	Tamu dapat memilih: Hadir, Tidak Hadir, atau Mungkin Hadir.
Jumlah Tamu	Tamu dapat menginformasikan berapa orang yang akan hadir (misalnya: 2 orang).
Ucapan & Doa	Tamu dapat menuliskan ucapan atau doa yang akan ditampilkan di Dinding Ucapan (Wishes Wall) pada halaman undangan.
Batas Waktu RSVP	Atur deadline RSVP — setelah melewati batas waktu, formulir RSVP otomatis tertutup.
Update Jawaban	Tamu dapat mengubah jawaban RSVP mereka tanpa membuat duplikat.
RSVP Tanpa Link Personal	Tamu tanpa link personal tetap bisa RSVP dengan mengisi nama mereka.

Dashboard RSVP (untuk Admin)

Pantau respon tamu secara real-time dari dashboard admin:

Statistik Jumlah total: Hadir, Tidak Hadir, Mungkin, Belum Respon

Estimasi Tamu Total jumlah orang yang akan hadir (termasuk plus-one)

Daftar Respon Detail jawaban setiap tamu beserta ucapan mereka

Export CSV Unduh data RSVP dalam format Excel/CSV

Fitur Check-in (Absensi Digital)

QR Code per Tamu	Setiap tamu mendapat QR Code unik di halaman undangan mereka.
Scan QR saat Datang	Petugas cukup scan QR Code tamu menggunakan HP — check-in tercatat otomatis.

Fitur Souvenir Tracking

Untuk acara yang membagikan souvenir/goodie bag, kami menyediakan fitur pelacakan souvenir:

Aktifkan/Nonaktifkan	Fitur ini opsional — hanya diaktifkan jika acara Anda membagikan souvenir.
Tandai Souvenir	Setelah tamu check-in, petugas dapat menandai bahwa souvenir sudah diberikan.
Progres Souvenir	Lihat berapa souvenir yang sudah dibagikan vs yang belum.
Cegah Ganda	Sistem mencegah souvenir diberikan dua kali ke tamu yang sama.
Undo	Batalkan jika terjadi kesalahan pencatatan.

Q: Bagaimana cara tamu check-in di hari H?
Tamu cukup buka undangan di HP mereka dan tunjukkan QR Code yang muncul. Petugas scan menggunakan HP — tidak perlu alat khusus.

Q: Apakah perlu internet untuk check-in?
Ya, HP petugas yang melakukan scan perlu terhubung ke internet.

Q: Bagaimana jika tamu tidak membawa HP?
Petugas bisa melakukan check-in manual — cari nama tamu di sistem dan klik tombol check-in (pastikan sudah isi form RSVP di dalam undangan).

Q: Berapa petugas yang bisa menggunakan scanner bersamaan?
Tidak terbatas. Link scanner bisa dibagikan ke banyak petugas sekaligus.

What is a Digital Guest Book?

The Digital Guest Book replaces the conventional guest book (paper) with an online system. Guests can confirm attendance (RSVP) directly from the invitation, and upon arrival at the event can check in using a QR Code — no queuing to write names.

RSVP Feature (Attendance Confirmation)

Feature	Description
3 Response Options	Guests can choose: Attending, Not Attending, or Maybe Attending.
Number of Guests	Guests can specify how many people will attend (e.g., 2 people).
Wishes & Prayers	Guests can write wishes or prayers that will be displayed on the Wishes Wall on the invitation page.
RSVP Deadline	Set an RSVP deadline — after the deadline, the RSVP form automatically closes.
Update Response	Guests can change their RSVP response without creating duplicates.
RSVP Without Personal Link	Guests without a personal link can still RSVP by entering their name.

RSVP Dashboard (for Admin)

Monitor guest responses in real-time from the admin dashboard:

Statistics Total count: Attending, Not Attending, Maybe, No Response

Guest Estimate Total number of people who will attend (including plus-ones)

Response List Detailed responses from each guest including their wishes

Export CSV Download RSVP data in Excel/CSV format

Check-in Feature (Digital Attendance)

Feature	Description
QR Code per Guest	Each guest receives a unique QR Code on their invitation page.
Scan QR on Arrival	Staff simply scan the guest's QR Code using a phone — check-in is recorded automatically.
Manual Check-in	Alternative if QR is unavailable — search for the guest's name and click the check-in button.
Real-time Counter	View the number of guests who have arrived vs not yet arrived in real time.
Progress Bar	Visual percentage of guest attendance.
Undo Check-in	Cancel a check-in if a mistake occurs.
Record Time	Each check-in automatically records the guest's arrival time.
Scanner for Crew	A special scanner link that can be shared with reception staff without needing admin login. Staff simply open the link on their phone.

No app needed! The scanner uses the phone's browser — no need to download an app or log in. Simply share the secret link with your staff.

Souvenir Tracking Feature

For events that distribute souvenirs/goodie bags, we provide a souvenir tracking feature:

Feature	Description
Enable/Disable	This feature is optional — only enabled if your event distributes souvenirs.
Mark Souvenir	After a guest checks in, staff can mark that a souvenir has been given.
Souvenir Progress	See how many souvenirs have been distributed vs remaining.
Prevent Duplicates	The system prevents souvenirs from being given twice to the same guest.
Undo	Cancel if a recording error occurs.

FAQ — Digital Guest Book

Q: How do guests check in on the event day?
Guests simply open the invitation on their phone and show the QR Code that appears. Staff scan using their phone — no special equipment needed.

Q: Is internet required for check-in?
Yes, the staff's phone performing the scan needs to be connected to the internet.

Q: What if a guest doesn't bring a phone?
Staff can perform a manual check-in — search for the guest's name in the system and click the check-in button (make sure the guest has filled in the RSVP form in the invitation).

Q: How many staff can use the scanner simultaneously?
Unlimited. The scanner link can be shared with many staff members at the same time.
